About the girls

Both of the writers of this here blog are twenty-something PROUD LEOS, and born & raised in the City of Angels. Although we both share many of the same ideas and positions on most everything, we each offer different perspectives because of our personal interests and unique cultural backgrounds. Our goal is to share with our audience the things we hope can make your days a little brighter, jobs a little more fun (and less stressful), fashion that won't break your wallet (or your spirit!!), and how we all can do with a little more life/work/social balance.


As working girls (not those kind of working girls, rest assured), we understand what it feels like to feel pressure on all sorts of fronts: the fashion magazines, the gossip rags, maybe some other whimsical blogs with people trying all the time to have the perfect outfits, hair, makeup, etc. We are not perfect!!  It's okay to be a little bit different!
